We ship orders using DPD, one of the UK’s most reliable couriers. DPD offers fast delivery, full tracking and delivery notifications, so you know exactly when your order will arrive. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5.95 per order.

Orders for in-stock items placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same working day.

Items that need to be embroidered or made to order are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Returns should be shipped to the below address with a covering note that includes your order number and reason for return.

Your order number can be found in your original order email or address label of the delivery packaging.

We do not offer a free return service.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

To keep things moving quickly, we don’t operate an exchange service. If you need a different size, simply place a new order for the correct item and return the original for a refund. This allows us to get the right item to you faster, rather than holding orders while exchanges are processed.
