Returns and Refund Policy
We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 7 working days from receipt of the returned item.
If you receive items which are damaged or defective or not what you ordered, we shall replace or repair the goods, or refund the amount you paid for the items. You are required to notify us of the problem by email at sales@logoxpres.co.uk within 5 working days of delivery of the goods. We will make arrangements for the collection of the damaged, defective or wrongly issued garments. There will be no delivery charge to you for resending damaged or wrong goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
